CSTA has constructed a holistic leadership structure to provide computer science and IT education for public schools and increase the commitment of teachers towards event organization.

Since many students wish to pursue distinct majors, by demonstrating that fields like biology and physics still implement CS, we can vary the students and teachers that participate in CSTA NOVA.

CSTA NOVA desires to establish a purpose for each future member in its organization as students, teachers, industry leaders, and corporations will contribute differently to the organization making them equally significant.

CSTA NOVA will organize internships, conferences, and identify computer science companies to collaborate with so that students can obtain essential experience and industry connections.

Through the CSTA Northern Virginia chapter, teachers can disperse their CS curriculum to make students and teachers identify unique ways to stimulate CS education.

Because major technologies such as AI, virtual reality, IoT, and bioinformatics have emerged, the demand for computer science jobs has propelled organizations like CSTA to promote the field.
